First, we are not a management company and have no desire to be involved in any fee decisions with regards to appraisal orders. We wanted to develop an application that allows our network appraisers to be in control of their fee decisions, we do not even ask for your fee schedule in your enrollment. You are in control. Second, the marketplace is challenging enough for appraisers. In addition to negotiating fees, appraisers are faced with the rising cost of MLS and data subscriptions, Insurance, and Software.
As a result of these factors, Appraiser Systems, LLC developed our software so
that the responsibility of covering costs rests squarely with our Lending and
Management company clients and not our network appraisers.

Appraisers can voluntarily sign up for.
